PAYMENT PROTECTION
48 hours notice must be given in the event of cancellation for which a refund is given less an administration charge of £10.
Current Travel arrangements are often being disrupted through travel companies collapsing, strikes, volcanic ash or more frequently through bad weather. For the benefit of our Customers we have created a payment protection plan at a small fee to protect our customers against these occurences.
Payment Protection is offered at an extra charge of £2.00. We guarantee a full refund providing you tell us anytime prior to passing your vehicle over at your pre-arranged arrival time at the Car Park or Terminal.
