Consumer Protection Regulations 2000: There is a 7 working day cooling off period starting the day after the day the contract is made. This will entitle you to a full refund if you cancel within this 7 day period. Where the service is due to start within 7 working days of making the booking (or before the end of the cancellation period) you will lose the right to a full refund. In this instance please refer to our cancellation policy under 'Amend or Cancel' or 'CancellationProtection'.
