Amendments or Cancellations

You can make as many amendments as you like to your booking at no charge. Please telephone our office on 01293 822844 between 09:00 and 18:00 hrs.

48 hours notice must be given in the event of cancellation for which a refund is given less an administration charge of £10.
Payment Protection is offered at the time of booking at an extra charge of £2.00. We guarantee a full refund providing you tell us anytime prior to passing your vehicle over at your pre-arranged arrival time at the Car Park or Terminal.
Hotel Cancellations
Hotel room charges are paid at the time of booking. Room charges are non-refundable.
For a more flexible arrangment we offer our Customers a cancellation surcharge of £10.00 and you may cancel for a full refund up to and prior to the date of arrival.
